Executive Summary: FINAL Economic Impact Study

Through a CORA request, Greeley Forward obtained the final draft of the Economic Impact Study on Cascadia’s financial impact on Greeley. In its final form, the study projects approximately $2.93 billion – or an upward adjustment of approximately $100 million over the draft study – in combined economic impact. The final draft takes into account the 40-year lease with the Colorado Eagles, as well as the Mattel-branded water park. 

The study was performed by Hotel & Leisure Advisors (H&LA), a nationally recognized hospitality consulting firm providing appraisals, feasibility studies, and economic impact analyses for hotels, resorts, waterparks, and other leisure real estate.

Executive Summary: DRAFT Cascadia Economic Impact Study

Through a CORA request, Greeley Forward obtained a draft Economic Impact Study on Cascadia’s financial impact on Greeley. Presented in draft format, this independent analysis projects Cascadia will deliver an overwhelming return on investment, with more than $2.9 billion in economic benefits in the first 10 years of operation, plus 4,000 new jobs created during construction.
