Our Vision
Smart Growth. Real Benefits. Zero New Taxes.
The Entertainment District features an arena for events and sports, a youth hockey center, an activated plaza, lodging with a 100,000-square-foot indoor waterpark, a conference center, and vibrant retail, dining, and entertainment venues.
The Entertainment District will create thousands of construction jobs during its development phase, followed by hundreds of permanent positions across various industries, including hospitality, entertainment, retail, and transportation.
The Entertainment District can generate nearly half a billion dollars in new economic benefits during the construction phase and more than $44 million in annual economic benefits – all of which enables further community investment at no cost to taxpayers.
